A Little Bit About Me
I have been working in the Fitness Industry since 2013.
Following a long and successful career in IT and IT Recruitment I decided to step off the corporate hamster wheel and follow my passion for health and fitness and start a new chapter in my life.
Some may call this a mid-life crisis, but in the last 8-9 years working in the Fitness Industry I haven't take a single sick day and I love going to work every single day.
I qualified as a Personal Trainer in Australia, and started my Fitness Career in Brisbane's premier Boxing Fitness and Functional Training Facility - Nitro Boxing. Those early years at Nitro taught me 3 things:

I have worked in parks, trained people at my home and in their homes, trained in small independent gyms and large corporates - since 2016 I have been helping people at Virgin Active, Anytime Fitness and David Lloyd.
