Be Fit fitness boot camp is a four week outdoor fitness program that is packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. We work on strength, balance, core, cardio and more.  Class size is small for a more personalized workout.  You workout at your own fitness level!  The next four week session starts soon.
